Can I place an order on Brucleshop if I am not registered on the website?

Of course, you can order through a guest account, although that way you will lose all the benefits of registered customers.

What are the advantages of registered customer accounts?

As a registered user you can fully enjoy the shopping experience on our site.

You will be able to create your own address book to be able to choose your favorite addresses or the addresses of the people to whom you most often send gifts.

You can earn loyalty points that will be converted into discount codes that to use for purchases.

You can monitor the status of your orders and view their history.

You can see your personalized discount codes and wishlists and much, much more.

You have the opportunity to view and delete all your data recorded in the appropriate section "EXPORTING PERSONAL DATA AND CANCELLATION REQUEST" at any time.

I can't log into my account.

This may be a computer cache problem - try switching browsers or clearing the cache.

You can request a new password to be sent directly from our site.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments with all major credit cards, Paypal, Google pay, Scalapay.

If the payment is not accepted, you can contact your bank or credit institution for assistance.

BRUCLE does not collect credit card data but relies on external PAYMENT GATEWAY, leader in digital transactions, with high security and fraud protection protocols.

Depending on the type of credit card and payment circuit, 3D secure authorization may be required.

We accept payment by bank transfer.

We accept cash on delivery only on the Italian territory, to be paid in cash directly to the courier. Cash on delivery is not available for personalized or made-to-measure items. The maximum amount for cash on delivery orders is 500 euros.

Can I use multiple payment methods for an order?

No, only one payment method is accepted for each order.

Where can I check the status of my order?

You can always check the status of your order in your account, if you are a registered user.

If you do not have a registered account and you have placed your order as a guest, click the following link:

I have not received the order confirmation e-mail, what can I do?

For each order, an email is sent to the email address indicated upon registration.

If you haven't received the confirmation in your inbox, check your SPAM box.

If you haven't received the email,

and we will resend the confirmation. 

Remember that you can access your order history at any time by logging into your account.

Can I add products to an existing order?

No, it is not possible to add products to a confirmed order on your own. You can contact us and we can do it for you, or you can place a new order.

How can I sign up for the Newsletter?

Just enter your email address in the appropriate field: you will receive a confirmation email that you will need to validate to confirm your registration.

How can I unsubscribe from the Newsletter?

You can do this from your user control panel if you are a registered user, or by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each of our newsletters.

Will I be updated on the status of my order?

You will be constantly updated on the status of your order.

You will receive an e-mail every time your order changes status. You can also track the status of your order at any time in your account.

Can I request a gift box?

Of course, in the order summary there is the gift wrapping option.

Is it possible to buy a product and send it as a gift?

Of course, just enter the recipient's data in the delivery address, keeping your data as the holder. When we ship orders to different addresses, we do not include documents with references to prices.

Do you accept gift vouchers and gift cards?

At the moment we do not accept payment methods other than those expressly indicated in the Payment Methods.

Can I request an invoice?

Of course, if you meet the requirements for issuing the invoice (your VAT number) you can request it when ordering by ticking the box relating to this request. Invoices requested after the order has been processed cannot be issued. As required by law, orders placed with an invoice are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
