What are the methods and costs of shipping?

Shipping costs are indicated in the order phase and are calculated according to the destination and the amount paid.

For Italy and Europe there are two shipping methods: standard shipping, and express shipping.

The times vary according to the destination and the type of shipment selected, and are calculated starting from when the order is entrusted to the courier, and not from the date of placing the order.

The days indicated are intended as working days, from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays, and are only indicative and not binding.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary depending on the destination. They are approximately 1-2 working days for all of Italy, with the exception of Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia, remote areas and smaller islands. For more precise information you can contact us and provide us with the destination address, in order to be able to carry out a simulation for the real delivery times.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders for available products placed by 9:00 AM will be shipped the same working day. Orders placed later will be shipped the next working day, unless otherwise specified. For further information, contact us via email, WhatsApp, or phone: we’re always here to help.

When will my customized or made-to-measure order be shipped?

Customized or made-to-measure orders are created upon request. Production times are specified for each customization. Shipping takes place once the item is completed. For more details, feel free to write or call us: a consultant will be happy to assist you.

Are the shipments tracked?

We only use tracked shipments with proof of delivery.

Once the order has been processed, you will be notified by email with all the information necessary to be able to directly monitor the shipment at any time on the courier's website.

Can I ship outside the European community?

Yes, we ship all over the world. For Extra-EEC shipments we use the DDU (delivery duty unpaid) formula, so the courier will send you a separate invoice before delivery for the payment of duties and taxes required by local authorities according to the provisions of the countries of destination. BRUCLE is unable to calculate these costs in advance.

Why can't I complete my order that includes a crocodile or python accessory?

Exotic python and crocodile leathers are subject to CITES certification, and restrictions apply in some countries or geographic areas. Depending on the period, extra-EEC shipments for CITES leathers to private customers may be suspended, contact us for further information.

Can I ship to a PO box?

No, shipping to a PO box is not possible. Instead, it is possible to request shipment to a storage or service point and collect the order in autonomy.

Can I change the shipping address?

Any address changes can only be made before the order is shipped. You can contact us for more information.

Can I ship to different destinations?

No, each order can only have one destination. To ship items to different destinations, you need to place multiple orders.

Can I collect my order at your headquarters?

In some cases it is possible, but you must contact us and make an appointment for the collection. The order must in any case be placed through our online shop.

Does the courier contact me right before delivery?

Telephone pre-notice is not a service provided by the courier, not even for an additional fee. If you won't be home at the expected time of delivery, we suggest you choose a shipping address where there is always someone who can receive the package (for example a workplace).

However, the delivery by appointment service is an additional paid service that we can offer you. This service may delay the delivery date, and is provided only for the Italian national territory.

Asking for telephone notice when ordering without flagging the delivery by appointment option does not guarantee that the courier will call you before delivery or in case of absence.

The courier attempted delivery but I was not at home, what should I do?

Shipping service usually comes with a second attempt at delivery, if the first is not successful. Paper notice will be put in your mailbox, or you will be notified via email or text message (depending on the courier service used), so that you can manage the second delivery in complete autonomy.

Follow the instructions received to manage the re-delivery of your order.

I ordered cash on delivery, can I pay by check?

No, shipment with cash on delivery only allows cash as the method of payment. The maximum amount is 500 euros, to be paid directly to the courier.

Do you deliver orders on Saturdays?

In some cases it is possible to request delivery on Saturday, with payment of a supplement indicated directly on the website.

Alternatively, it is possible to request shipment in storage and go collect it directly at the courier's storage that is closest to you. Shipments on Fridays, with the exception of those directed to Sardinia, to Sicily and to Calabria remote locations and smaller islands, are available in their relative courier HQ as early as Saturday morning for collection.
