HOW TO MAKE A REQUEST FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

If you are a registered user you can go directly to point 2.

Point 1

If you placed your order without registering an account and want to make a return, the fastest procedure is to transform your guest account into a registered account. You don't need to register again, just go to the following address:

You will find this screen:

Enter the requested data, i.e. the reference code of your order and the email address where you received the order confirmations.

On the page you will see the summary of your order, the link to track the shipment and the costs incurred. At the top of the page you will find the message: "You cannot return merchandise with a guest account.". 

At the bottom of the page, you will be able to enter a password of at least 5 characters and transform your account into a registered customer account.

Once you have entered a password of at least 5 characters and clicked SEND, your registered customer account will have been successfully created.

Point 2

Once you have entered your username and password, in your user account you will have to click on ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS.



Click on the order that contains the item or items to be returned. A screen with the order summary will open.

  1. Select the item or items you want to return.

  2. Once selected, you must enter the reason for the return and then click on the Return button below.

  3. A summary screen of your returns history will appear.

  4. All your returns and return requests will be easily accessible from your account under EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:



  5. Your return is awaiting confirmation: BRUCLE's authorization is required for you to make the return. Once authorized, you will receive an email with return instructions and the address where to ship the goods. From your user account you will see that the return status has changed from AWAITING CONFIRMATION to AWAITING YOUR PACKAGE.

  6. Once the return request has been confirmed, it is necessary to download the RMA form from the return page and to follow the information contained therein. Insert the form inside the package: in this way your package and the return procedure will be easily identifiable.

  7. Once the package is received, the status will be updated again in PACKAGE RECEIVED.

  8. Once the integrity of the goods received has been verified and the necessary checks have been carried out, the return is considered completed and a confirmation will be sent to you.

  9. The refund will be made in the same way with the order it was made (with the exception of cash on delivery, which will have the refund issued via bank transfer), or the replacement goods will be prepared for sending.
